Peter Pan Ticket Sales Soar |
|
With further casting being announced later this week for the White Rock’s Christmas production of Peter Pan, producers Julian Chenery and Jamie Wilson are delighted that pre-sales are already running at more than twice the level of previous years.
Julian Chenery, who is also the creative force behind the internationally-acclaimed Shakespeare 4 Kidz and as “JC” is one-half of the new production team for this year’s Hastings show said “Tickets are selling at unprecedented levels for a Hastings Christmas show, and we are delighted that the people of East Sussex are getting behind Peter Pan."
"When it was first produced in Croydon it was a five-star smash and since then we’ve made even more improvements to the production. We also have a highly talented – and very funny – troupe of actors that are enhanced by singers and dancers from one of the UK’s top stage schools alongside local talent from around the Hastings area.”
One cast member who has been announced is Neil Brennan who is reprising his role as the dastardly Captain Hook from the original 2004 production.
West End actor and former S Club singer Jon Lee is Peter Pan and comedy actor Steve Furst – who lives in St Leonards – is Pirate Smee.
Tickets are available from the White Rock Theatre Box Office on 01424 462 288 and further information can be found on a dedicated website at www.peterpanhastings.com.
“It’s going to be the best Christmas show in Hastings for years,” says JC “So get Hooking your booking if you want to make sure of the best seats!”
