The Press Launch for PETER PAN was held at the White Rock Theatre on Monday 2nd June. Producers Julian Chenery (JC) and Jamie Wilson presented West End actor and pop star JON LEE who is playing PETER PAN; and also announced the casting of comedy actor STEVE FURST, who lives in St Leonards, in the role of PIRATE SMEE.

It is hoped to announce further casting in the next few weeks.

Jon Lee is best known as a member of the pop sensation S Club 7 which enjoyed number one hits all over the world including four in the UK, and to this day remains massively popular with TV shows such as Miami 7, Hollywood 7 and Viva S Club. He is also an acclaimed West End musical theatre star appearing as Oliver Twist in Cameron Mackintosh’s original production of Oliver! at the London Palladium opposite Jonathan Pryce as Fagin; and as Marius in two long runs of Les Miserables at the Palace Theatre (which earned him a nomination for Best Newcomer in the What’s On Stage Awards) and at the Queen’s Theatre in London.
